Khan Suleiman Pasha

The first property is a refurbished khan located in the old city of Damascus. The khan, known as Khan Suleiman Pasha, will be developed at and invested on a B.O.T. basis for 25 years, in addition to 2 years needed for refurbishment works. The Government of Damascus, owner of the building, The Khan will offer 30 rooms and suits and will target small incentive group and luxury travelers.

Kempinski Damascus

The second project, to be named Kempinski Damascus which neighbors the Four Seasons Hotel, Damascus most luxurious hotel, is a five-star resort with 22o rooms accompanied by apartments and spa, the property around 4000 square meters will be developed at a cost of USD 22 million and invested on a B.O.T. basis for 30 years plus 3 years required for construction works. The Government of Damascus, owner of the land, will receive an annual fee as a percentage of revenues; the hotel will rely on its central location to target general leisure travelers and business visitors.
